Private Pilates near Melrose

Our studio is on Highland Avenue, a few steps north of Melrose, in the 90038 zip code. If you live or work along Melrose, it is close enough to come before work or between appointments.

Private, with nobody else in the room

A lot of the Pilates nearby is taught in group classes. Here, only one session happens at a time, so for your 55 minutes the studio is yours and your teacher is watching you the whole session.

Classical Pilates

We teach the method as Joseph Pilates laid it out, in his order and on the full Contrology apparatus by Balanced Body. Yonatan trained under Carrie Samper, who was certified by Romana Kryzanowska, Joe's own protégée. Our classical Pilates page explains what that means for a session.

Hours and pricing

We teach Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, and Friday from 7am to 4pm. A first session is $65. After that a single session is $150, and packages lower the rate, all listed on our services page.
