Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your session time is reserved just for you. Because every session at West Hollywood Pilates is private and one-on-one, a missed appointment cannot be filled the way a spot in a group class can. This policy keeps things fair for you and for the studio.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • With 24 hours notice or more: no charge. We simply rebook you.
  • With less than 24 hours notice, or a missed session: the session is charged in full, or counted as used if you are on a package.

Life happens. If you wake up sick or a genuine emergency comes up, contact us as soon as you can. We handle illness and emergencies with care, on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will give you the best session we can in the time remaining. Sessions end at their scheduled time so the next client starts on time.

Session Packages

Packages of 6, 12, 24, or 48 sessions are non-refundable. In exchange, we are generous with time:

  • Your sessions never expire. Take a vacation or step away for a season. Your remaining sessions will be here when you return.
  • Packages are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person without our written agreement.

Introductory Sessions

Introductory sessions booked and paid through our website follow the same 24-hour rule. Cancel with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Call or text us at (310) 499-2221, or email hello@westhollywoodpilates.com. A cancellation is confirmed once you hear back from us.
