We keep this simple. West Hollywood Pilates is a small private studio, and we treat your information the way we treat you in the studio, with care.
What We Collect
- Contact details you give us through our website forms, booking flow, email, phone, or in person: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Booking and session information: appointments, packages, and payment records.
- Health information you choose to share so we can work with your body safely, such as injuries or conditions relevant to your sessions.
- Website basics collected automatically by our website platform (Wix), such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
How We Use It
- To schedule and run your sessions.
- To communicate with you: appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and, if you opt in, our newsletter, offers, and studio news by email or text message.
- To keep accurate business and payment records.
Text Messages and Email
You will only receive marketing texts or emails from us if you opt in. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Full details are in Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
What We Never Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- We do not share your health information with anyone outside the studio.
Who We Share With
Only the service providers that make the business run: our website and booking platform (Wix), email and text messaging providers, and payment services. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. Email hello@westhollywoodpilates.com or call (310) 499-2221 and we will take care of it.
Data Retention
We keep client records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.
