Welcome to West Hollywood Pilates. By using our website or booking a session with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them. If anything here is unclear, reach out and we will walk you through it.
1. Our Services
West Hollywood Pilates offers private one-on-one Classical Pilates and functional movement sessions. All sessions are by appointment. We do not offer group classes.
2. Booking and Payment
Introductory sessions can be booked and paid for through our website. Session packages are arranged directly with the studio and may be paid by Venmo, Zelle, or other methods we agree on together. Prices are confirmed before you commit to anything.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Our full policy lives on its own page: Cancellation and Refund Policy. The short version: we ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and session packages are non-refundable but never expire.
4. SMS and Email Communications (Opt-In)
By providing your phone number or email address through our website forms, booking flow, or in person, and checking the consent box where one is offered, you agree to receive communications from West Hollywood Pilates.
Text messages (SMS): By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from West Hollywood Pilates at the phone number you provide. These may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and occasional offers or studio news.

5. Health and Safety
Pilates is physical exercise. By participating in sessions, you confirm that you are physically able to do so and that you have consulted a physician about any condition that might affect your ability to exercise safely. Tell us about injuries, pregnancy, or health changes before your session so we can adapt your work appropriately. You participate at your own risk, and West Hollywood Pilates is not liable for injuries arising from your participation except where caused by our negligence.
6. Studio Conduct
We keep the studio calm and private. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including when a client's conduct compromises the safety or experience of others.
7. Website and Content
The content on this website, including text, photos, and branding, belongs to West Hollywood Pilates and may not be reproduced without permission. Content on this site is for general information and is not medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Hollywood Pilates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
