Private Pilates Sessions and Pricing
Every session at our studio is one-on-one. No group classes and no one else waiting for the equipment. You book the hour and the whole studio is yours, with a teacher who knows your body and builds the session around how it shows up that day.
We teach classical Pilates and functional movement at 717 N Highland Ave, in the Hollywood and Melrose area of Los Angeles, close to West Hollywood.
Your first session: $65
Every new client starts with a 55-minute intro session. It is a real session, not a sales pitch. Your teacher watches how you move, asks about your history and any injuries, and you leave having actually worked. It is also a fair way to feel whether the studio is right for you before you commit to anything.
Book your intro session. $65, refundable with 24 hours notice.
Sessions and packages
After the intro, most clients settle into one to three sessions a week. Pricing is straightforward:
- Single private session (55 minutes): $150
- 6-pack: $870 ($145 per session)
- 12-pack: $1,680 ($140 per session)
- 24-pack: $3,240 ($135 per session)
- 48-pack: $6,240 ($130 per session)
Most clients choose the 12 or the 24. Packages are arranged directly with us after your intro, and we take payment by Venmo, Zelle or credit card with a processing fee. If a session no longer fits your week, we ask for 24 hours notice; inside that window the session is charged.
What a session looks like
Sessions run 55 minutes and are taught by Yonatan, who teaches classical Pilates, or Jaime, who leads functional movement. Many clients weave the two together over a month. The work is quiet and precise. We pay attention to your breath and your spine, and we would rather build you up over years than wear you down in six weeks. We ask before we touch, and nothing in a session happens without your okay.
The equipment
We train on the Contrology line by Balanced Body, apparatus built to Joseph Pilates' original specifications: reformer, Cadillac, arm chair, wunda chair, ped-o-pul, ladder barrel, and mat. The functional movement side of the studio adds ViPR, kettlebells, and Indian clubs. If you have only known crowded reformer rooms, an hour alone with this equipment feels like a different practice.
